  1. What can we do for you?

I installed a MOPAR trailer brake controller 8 months ago on my late '23 EcoDiesel. I did not need the additional wiring harness. It was 100% plug-n-play.
  2. Grill Conversion SunPie

Grill is what you cook burgers on. Grille is what you are inquiring on. As others have suggested. would go with distinction applied. They use OEM parts. Nothing they use is 3rd party. Its all MOPAR parts.
  3. Dilemna on tires…

You always want a matching size spare...... You can fit up to a 37" under the bed. I bought a set of 5 matching wheels with the intention to rotate the spare in.
  4. CD Player install

I have not bought a CD in 15+ years. Do they even make them any more? What archeological site do you buy them from?
  5. Dilemna on tires…

12 lbs makes a HUGE difference. Regardless if its for a sports car or a Jeep. 1 lbs of rotating mass is the equivalent of 7-10lbs of stationary weight. So with a 12 pound differance per tire of rotating weight you are talking about 84- 120lbs of stationary weight PER tire. Now multiply that by...
  6. Dilemna on tires…

I have not been happy with BFG. The Falken ATW3 that came stock on my Rubicon were good. I've had really good luck with both Toyo AT3 and Toyo R/T Trail. Also, I would look at a load D tire. What you posted are load C, E and C.

  9. Here is a simple trick for cleaning bed liner overspray out of the trail rail bolt holes.

When I worked at Line-X we would run the factory bolt in with an 1/4 drive impact. Or we would run a tap on a drill at high speed. Yes, both are not ideal but within the 3 years I worked there and hundreds of truck beds, we only broke 1 tap. We'd have every hole in the bed cleared out in less...
  10. Gladiator 85th Anniversary Edition [Added: live look video & photos]

Base model with color flares and 392 gold tow hooks. lame. The seats are the coolest part. I'd rock those in my hydro blue.
  11. Headache rack lighting, will tapping into trailer light plug cause issues?

Another idea. When I installed my Seequenced 3rd brake light I didn't want to tap into the factory trailer plug harness. So I used this from Diode Dynamic. I used their splitter to tap into. Easy to replace if needed and easy to go back to stock. It also doesn't have a bunch of nonsense hanging...
  12. Jeep cancels all 4xe Hybrid models!

Fact. And you can see it too. Once the rebate was taken away. EV/hybrid sales dropped.
  13. JPP High-Top Steel Fenders - Gladiator version?

These don't mount to the fender. They mount to the sub frame behind the fender.
  14. Jeep cancels all 4xe Hybrid models!

What starts out as conspiracy theories at the beginning, end up being fact 90% of the time when its all said and done. I got my foil hat ready.
  15. Jeep cancels all 4xe Hybrid models!

4XE and other EV's where all political biased. When we bought our JL in 2019 the stupid 4 banger with e-torque was being pushed HARD on consumers. It for every one 3.6L on the lot there was 10 4 bangers. Then when the 4Xe came out. That's all dealers were selling because they got a kick back...
  16. Jeep cancels all 4xe Hybrid models!

Shocking... 🙄 Not sad to see it go. Glad the Gladiator was never harmed by this bad idea. They have had a recall with no fix for a year and a half, almost two years. I just wish they would bring the diesel back.
  17. Milage not what I expected

Makes me happy to have the diesel. Its a shame they got rid of it. 25 highway and 23 city on 35"s.
  18. Cobra Handheld CB

Go with GMRS. That's what everyone is running. Hardly anyone is running CB anymore. And if they are, they are also running GMRS.
  19. Gearing

Dirt Road Cred dropped this video the other day. Every tech at the shop they went to recommend 4.56 for 35"s. In the days of 4.0L Jeeps. 4.88 was absolutely the gear of choice for 35". But with more power and 8 speed transmissions. 4.88 is better for a 37" or even a 40" depending on needs and...
  20. Gearing

We still dont know if the OP has calibrated the computer or not. I know even with 4.10's it doesn't shift right and makes for a bad driving experience if its not calibrated. But once it is, the shift points are where they should be again.
