  1. Homelink Issue with 2 trucks.

One vehicle does hold it? Now that makes it more interesting. Did a quick search, and they seem to have a specific set up instructions for HomeLink set up. Is this different than what you've been doing? https://www.geniecompany.com/_files/ugd/3ef5a4_f8eed566fd73499dbbfed343935a6b63.pdf
  2. Homelink Issue with 2 trucks.

Not knowing your garage opener model, I would double check the step "learn button on the drive unit". From openers we've had over the years some touch once to enter learn, some hold for a few moments to learn, others you have to hold it and the truck opener to learn etc. Whatever you are doing...
  3. Homelink Issue with 2 trucks.

What process are you following? My first guess is you are unintentionally resetting the garage opener every time you program a vehicle.
  4. Doors-off mirrors?

seconded for these Had them 4 years now, a bit of chipping on the coating now but hold steady at highway speed and easy on/off
  5. Sunrider Fitment for 24-25

correct it does have to be "totally removed". Which is 6 bolts . Takes longer than the panels for sure, but when taking off the rest of the roof doesn't add much. personally the year round benefit of flipping it open/closed mid drive , at any point in the day, between rain and sun, between...
  6. Tonneau cover bed rack?

There's a few that advertise working with a roll up cover. xtrusion overland Max modular/Voodo Billiebars I have the same cover and am expecting an XtrusionOverland XTR1 in about a week.
  7. Help me understand- It’s been a long week

How fast were you going for these tests? Tire comapre shows until you pass 40mph the difference is under 5, which is probably within a margin of error for a phone (?). about 10mph when you hit 70 Did you happen to buy this used? It's possible it was set to 37s by previous owner and they threw...
  8. Updated 2024+ grille installed on my 2020 JT (temperature readings added)

Did theirs come with all the parts to attach it, or did you order those separately?
  9. Anyone Driving a Sport S w/Max Tow Package

If you don’t intend to do “stuff” that takes advantage of the Rubi features or need more truck than rock crawler - I see the Max Tow as is the best package. It blends the off road features with truck utility the best. The payload has made it possible for me to carry all sorts of stuff without...
  10. Spring Advice w/ Shock replacement - '21 Sport S, not-lifted

Is that issue only with the front? Do you have anything in the rear for the 5100s?
  11. Spring Advice w/ Shock replacement - '21 Sport S, not-lifted

yeah our use cases sound similar. I’m not necessarily wanting to lift or level the front - more wanted to confirm the addition of the bumper/winch/shocks wouldn’t require or highly recommend a swap of springs. Thank you
  12. Spring Advice w/ Shock replacement - '21 Sport S, not-lifted

it’s a RC 10585 claimed 120lbs which includes the mount plate and a front skid-ish id call it. Apex Badlands 12k at ~65lbs off . I believe the stock front plastic is around 35lbs? So roughly 150lb increase. It has settled to roughly a 1/2 in sag over the years. I know RC isn’t seen as a great...
  13. Spring Advice w/ Shock replacement - '21 Sport S, not-lifted

Just at 75k miles, and after our waterfall exploration through some forest roads yesterday I am thinking it's time to start shopping shocks. Been reading a ton from here to learn but haven't found talks on my specific spring question. From what I can find around here (within my budget and for...
  14. Bicycle Side Mount, help.

If you pick up a bed rack or really any kind of mounting point made of t-slot, 1 Up has a (pricey) but good option. been shopping for something like this too when the bed is full of the rest of the camp gear but we want our bikes for the trails nearby. They’d be easier enough to take off or put...
  15. Fuel Milage issue?

May be slightly low. Also max tow and same tire size, checked weight is close enough for tire model and I get 16/17 during winter. Are you remote start/warming up often/for a while ? When I do that it easily knocks out another MPG avg from dash calc.
  16. Putting Winch on Freedom (Sport S) with steel bumper sag?

This isn't a 100% match to your request but should help answer your question. I went from Sport S (max tow cause springs are different) stock plastic (~36lbs) to full width steel (~120lbs) + Apex Badlands 12k Synthetic (~60lbs). This is on a 285/70/17 with no lift, so slightly taller than stock...
  17. Stinging article on Stellantis on CNN. Not looking good.

It’s gotten better with the 2024 model, but I see the cost vs features a huge problem. I bought in 2021, and even then found it unbelievable that a $40k truck does not have LED standard lights. $20k Hondas get those. Let alone powered seats, crash detection, side air bags, blind spot...
  18. Does my 2020 Gladiator support Apple Carplay Auto?

Yes it should. Since you state you can see the usb ports connected I am guessing you are looking at the “Media” tab/app. There is another app, “phone “, that will be the actual car play. If it’s not along the bottom options it will be buried under the “Apps” tab. You can drag/drop it to the...
  19. Rat in glove box - How?

I dug around best I could with lights and didn’t find it or a sign of it. Left doors and hood open for the night in the garage with every trap we had (about 8 lol) around the truck. Only one was tripped and the PB wasn’t even missing so it may have misfired. All this meaning It’s either stuck...
  20. Rat in glove box - How?

Understood. I was hoping there may have been some “easy” spots to cover/screen just to reduce the chance of a repeat visitor.
