@PancakeCritter This was the email I got. Link is below- I'm still seeing the deal on their website.

Seems like you could add some temporary lights to the back of the cargo carrier and move your license plate (lots of options on amazon). Could probably even wire them to use your trailer hitch wiring so it's fully reusable/ removeable
Man, I love the dandcdesigns.net system too. Just can't quite pull the trigger on that yet. I picked up some cheap mounts on amazon prime day for $19 and they are pretty great for that price. I'm leaning diode dynamics as mentioned above. $180 for the pair fits somewhere between baja designs...
Had one. Weight is really something to consider. The are not light. Only reason I could see having one again is if I was trying to share it across multiple vehicles. Other than that, it's just not worth it.
I hear the 'leave it at home when you aren't wheeling' justification for a lot of...
I went with an Iceco. They were on sale for Amazon Prime day. I still don't have it in hand but it fit in the middle of the pack price wise. It has a 5yr warranty on parts and I liked that this design is basically a rotomolded cooler (yeti/ rtic) with a compressor. So, if your power source...
I've dug through all the slider info I can find and basically, yes- Ace is the way to go if you want tube sliders that maintain the rock rails.
One note- Ace is being acquired by another company (details on their website) so they are warning of production/ shipping delays. Hopefully it'll be...
Still enjoying mine. And I've talked several other people into buying them based on my experience. Modifying this truck is so much easier (cheaper) and more fun than anything else I've ever owned. Just hope I don't get bored once I run out of stuff to buy for it ?
I just installed this lift on my wife's JLU this weekend. The instructions specified the torque setting on the sway bar links and it is WAY to high for the sleeves. I crushed one and thought my torque wrench was messed up. Even if you don't crush the sleeves, the daystar extended sway bar...
I had one in my previous truck (tundra) so I was used to the costs and benefits. I will say with the gladiator you almost HAVE to have a topper of some kind to keep any kind of bed functionality because the remaining height to the top of the bed rails is so limited. I bought both of my decked...
1967 International Scout 800A. Gutless little 3 speed 4 cylinder, but I loved it (less than 150hp if I recall, but with a granny super low gear that would climb a tree). It was in great condition, original 8 track player still in place. Slung a rod through the oil pan and at 16 yrs old didn't...
I have a love/ hate relationship with mine. I love that it's so freakin sturdy. When I have the RTT up there it doesn't move or flex at all. But I hate that I have to pull the trail rails off every time to use it. I should splurge for the adapters- especially since I got the rack FOR FREE...
