Especially, with them announcing that the next gen is being shared with the new Dakota, so very likely IFS.
  2. 392 Gladiator V8 Hemi confirmed by Jeep CEO!

This should help. I’m just waiting on everyone to flip out when the next engine option is that new turbo 4 cylinder. šŸ˜‚
  3. Kenda Klever R/T KR601 35x10.50R17

You lost me here. Also, you can have the display show what gear you are in.
  4. Openroad winch any good?

Just get the apex 12k. Mine has been great. I haven’t personally run the open road, but I haven’t heard much positive feedback
  5. Waited 10 years for this tow - towing my CJ3a with a Gladiator!

That’s really cool. It reminds me of a guy I know who tows his 911 race car with his Cayenne. Life goals.
  6. Gladiator Sport S Towing Upgrades

I agree. I’m a manual guy. I had a 6 speed manual JKU Rubicon, because it made a difference in performance, and I buy manual cars when available. However, out application, the 8 speed is much better suited, and has much better performance numbers. You’ll never convince that dude though. I quit...

  9. Feds Surveillance Tech Mandatory 2027 [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

I have a 1931 Model a if nothing else will run and they can run on just about any fuel. I’m not a survivalist, but it would be handy to have in a situation like that.
  10. Feds Surveillance Tech Mandatory 2027 [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

My fiance used to have one of those safe driving things in her car. I always ruined it when I drove it so she finally got rid of it when she got a new car. I’d never voluntarily have something like that in my car. She never had a good score anyway because she has to drive to Atlanta 3 days a...
  11. Ditched the orange trim on Mojave

    GO DAWGS!!!!
  12. eBay aluminum bumper?

I just noticed that the MP Concepts is $850 now. 😮 I wouldn’t have paid that. I paid $650. Well, really most like $1100 after the Warn winch plate and the rubicon steel skid plate hardware I had to buy to mount the warn winch plate. The MP Concepts winch plate is complete garbage. I’d advise...
  13. Ditched the orange trim on Mojave

I like the orange trim in the Mojaves, but I could see how it would clash with that color.
  14. ‘24+ Grille. Performance or Cosmetic Upgrade?

You really shouldn’t need to cut anything with the new style grille. When I’ve seen the side by side comparisons, there is a lot more room there. I relocated my wiring to the side, but it fit with the stock 2020 grille. I just didn’t like it rubbing how it was. I would have had room to spare...
  15. eBay aluminum bumper?

Those look like the same tow hooks that MP Concepts uses. I used my stock ones instead. Stock is a lot stronger
  16. How to spend $33K, kill two days, drive 1200 miles through 7 states and average 17MPG...

The Brunswick ga location is brand new. There was a big controversy because their lights are so damn bright it threw off sea turtles migratory and nesting patterns. I hope they fixed that and didn’t our buy their way out of it. We drove right by it on the way to st Simon’s a few times a year...
  17. How to spend $33K, kill two days, drive 1200 miles through 7 states and average 17MPG...

I agree on the bathrooms and I wouldn’t mind going more often if they just had some damn windshield washing stations. You think anyone buys that art work for sale in their bathrooms? Lol
  18. How to spend $33K, kill two days, drive 1200 miles through 7 states and average 17MPG...

I feel sorry for some of y’all that think buckees brisket is good. It’s edible on a roadtrip, but y’all clearly need to spend more time in the south and try some real brisket.
  19. ‘24+ Grille. Performance or Cosmetic Upgrade?

The only real advantage is when fitting a winch, there’s more room for the wiring behind the winch. I hear they technically flow more air, but it’s not going to make much difference. I’ve seen some diesel guys install them trying to keep temps down, but it didn’t seem to change much.
