It's a way to do it, but you want any dashcam to be mounted as high as you can to capture the best angle of view. So while a GoPro on the dash would work, something mounted at the top behind the rearview mirror is going to be superior.

Sorry, but that's good for blowing off dust, not snow. These types of blowers just don't have the capacity to move enough air to make a difference. You'd spend more time and effort using this blower than you would just brushing off the snow. What I'd love to do is have an air curtain somewhere...

Removing from the top post of the main battery will disconnect the main, and the aux ground is routed through the IBS that sits on top of it. You can disconnect the aux from there as well.

Where did you get this info? Might be useful for me to dive deeper. At the end of the day, you just need to simulate holding the turn stalk a little longer, so even if it's not programmable I do wonder if putting a time-delay relay on the left and right signal wires might be possible.

That's an old thread. One could ask if something might have changed in the last 5 years..... Plus that thread isn't talking about changing the duration. It's talking about turning the feature on and off entirely.

On my other vehicles, I was always able to change how long the 'winker' turn signal duration was. This is the three blinks you get when you tap the turn stalk for a lane change. I personally like 5 blinks when this happens, but most vehicles default to three. In the past I could adjust this...
