I'm redoing all my seats with Katzkin and the whole nine, and figured that I should get something stitched or embossed into the headrests while we're doing it. I have an Overland, so currently it just has the "OVERLAND" text embossed in the seat backs. That won't be there now, but I'm curious what thoughts people would have for adding something to the headrest? I do want something so it looks purpose-built.

I like the idea of making it look as factory as possible (which is why I'm paying for Katzkin over just a seat cover), so some kind of logo or derivation of a logo that looks like it's from Jeep would be ideal. I thought maybe designing something that says "OVx" like below, but my own creativity gets kinda limited when it comes to this stuff. What thoughts are out there?

I’m not much of a designer either but how about something with a topographical map in it? OVX on a topographical map?
Cool way to individualize your truck.

I am a retired graphic designer, a 2023 Gladiator owner (and a Vietnam War Veteran), I have been making custom full-color digitally printed Jeep graphics for over 11 years.

Most of the Jeep products I have seen have the image embroidered on the headrest (I also have a 15-needle embroidery machine). The point I want to make is, all those very fine lines of the topographical map would not work well being embroidered. I think the larger "OVX" would look great all by itself, embroidered in a contrasting color on your Katzkin headrest covers.

As a matter of fact, you just gave me an idea for my 2023 Gladiator with black leather Katzkin seat covers. I am going to embroider a custom design on my headrests. °lllllll°

I made custom graphics, a custom digitally printed Jeep shade, and a custom embroidered winch cover for Cory's Jeep.

I 100% agree with what you said about the lines. I had the same thought looking at them. I also tend to think simpler is better when it comes to design. I appreciate the help!

By the way, your designs are also awesome. Simple, but complex at the same time. I love it.
