I don't know the brand name. It is an epoxy coating that a company came and sprayed on about 3 years ago.

Floor coatings can make quite a difference, along with white paint that brightens things up, and plenty of lumens worth of lighting. Metal cabinets and a little stainless steel also helps. Here is the garage in my 20 year old house. I have just the toys inside for this photo.

Yes, I used the overrider holes, and the hooks do not seem to block the lights. The lights provide an exceptional spread of light, with no blind spots at all.
