Email is fine. They can answer those when they have time.
Calling and leaving voicemails is just rude because it demands that they drop whatever they're doing to waste who knows how many minutes answering basic questions, etc.
They keep prices low by running a small ship. This also means...
UPDATE: the site that I placed my original order on (the one I couldn't cancel) just emailed me after 2 weeks stating that they were unable to send the remaining 3 tires in the order
So now I have a complete set on the Gladiator and 2 extra Kendas that I will have to find a way to sell...
Got these on the truck yesterday…loving it so far! Looking great on the stock steelies. Prob going to keep it this way for awhile. I was amazed at how much height I gained with these over the stock Dueler HTs (garbage).
still getting into 8th on th highway so my concerns about gearing were...
Yes, the previous owner had them included. I would've bought them seperately from the LOD site even if he hadn't though since I plan on using the bumper rings to flat tow the JT behind my RV conversion bus.
They only have 2 or 3 people that handle the deliveries so they get overwhelmed VERY easily.
For me I think it was maybe 2 or 3 days after my Gladiator arrived at Gupton before I got the email from Renee for scheduling. I strongly advise going during the weekdays - weekends there are a zoo...
I was just a hair over $37,000 before my local state sales tax and registration. I just got regular tow since I don't ever plan on going past 35s for tire size and wanted to keep payment as low as possible since it is a secondary vehicle.
I only got hardtop, automatic transmission, tinted...
I have the front bumper you are talking about. Scored it used on marketplace for $500 :)
previous guy had it on a JLU diesel. Bolted right up to my base Sport and your Mojave should be the same. Be aware that it is heavy and once you add the winch the front will drop.
parts of the skid plate...
Appointment set for Thursday to get the tires installed!
Anyone have any photos of these tires on the stock steel Sport wheels? I need some motiviation to get me to Thursday :)
The price fluctuates on these a lot, give it a few weeks of everyone online selling at the $200+ per price and I should be able to find a local buyer that would take them off my hands.
I'd be fine selling them for what i paid for them. Hopefully I can get lucky and find someone that wants a set today or somebody that can't into google or the Internet.
Ordered a set of these from a site yesterday then the Wally World sale popped up today...long story short I might have 2 sets of 5 of these tires headed my way (was unable to cancel my original order since it already shipped).
How hard is it to sell these on marketplace? I have a feeling it...
Email works the best for them. Calling constantly and leaving voicemails all the time is just wasting their time and yours.
I'm beginning to wonder how sustainable this is for them. The fact that they haven't noticeably expanded their sales staff even with deliveries and orders shooting...
I think you would need to have an FCA control # that was generated before October 1.
So yeah, you're probably SOL. I would double check with your salesman but that was what I was told when I went to pick up my JT last week. I was safe since I had signed up way back in July when I ordered.
I picked mine up at Gupton last Thursday and headed north to Wisconsin. I selected a route in Google Maps with the "Avoid highways" option selected.
This gave me a back country route through the rolling hills of Western KY into Illinois. Lots of variable speeds and small towns to go through...
Once it gets on the train your best bet will be the selling dealership. They have a system called Rubicon VLS(?) that allows them to track vehicle locations in real time.
Your only other option is Jeep Chat who are basically worthless at this stage in the process. They have some sort of...
