Somewhere in the past 100 pages, someone else also had an issue with a pitman arm. Not a big deal. Mostly a surprise that the mechanic can't remove it. Sometimes they take a heavy hand and a good puller.
I ordered a complete set of 4 TPMS's from BAM. I found out through the process that my JTR has a unique part number, so I was happy to order through a Jeep dealer. They are spendy ($150ish with shipping) but BAM's price beat everywhere else by a large margin.

I am tracking this issue closely. Fortunately my JTR has not shown symptoms. If it does, I'll buy the Z Automotive wiring harness to fix it vs. the new sensor.
All hope is not lost - my dealer returned my JTR back to me cleaner than it was when they got it. Its unfortunate that there are lazy/poor customer service at some dealerships, but some still take pride in a job well done.
Doesn't the Pentastar use forged steel connecting rods, nodular iron crankshaft, and cast aluminum pistons? I'd think the piston oil cooler jets would help with turbo charging as well.

That movement looks fine to me. Of course it will be matched at the steering wheel. If the pitman arm isn't moving a small amount when you do this, then maybe there is a problem.
Some quick notes as I tested the torque on all the bolts associated with the steering box change.
The main steering box bolts (the new ones) require an 18mm socket to torque.
The power steering fluid lines are also 18mm.

King sells a hydraulic bumpstop for JKs as well. It probably would be a good option. If the Icon can work JK or JL, may be these King won't be difficult to adapt
