The "one every 14 days" is the same thing my dealer said. Must be a limited supply (got to build new JTs).

Does not apply to all 2020 models, just those with the old, aluminum steering box like yours (your build date is too old). The 2021 model comes with the new steering box...because it is better. I recommend you get a dealer to order a box and replace it under the TSB.

TSB completed last week on my JT. I report smooth steering and no notchiness. The tech beat up the sector shaft nut, but everything else seems good to go. I'll check the tightness of all the fasteners when I get chance (sector shaft nut, steering box mount bolts, drag link adjuster sleeve...

This brings up a great question as to why a realignment is necessary for windshield replacement. Might just be a money grab by windshield companies.

I don't carry broken glass coverage here in Ut. While active duty and moving state-to-state, only Ut was prohibitively high in price. It surely bit me this time. Fortunately my neighbor got me a shop rate and I paid half price.

Got the TSB done on mine today at LHM Jeep in Riverdale UT. No hassles, and a perfect job as far as I can tell (I crawled under, over and around). They also did a PCM update that my JT was due (beyond the TSB update). Could not have asked for a better response. :clap: The Service manager...

Just had to replace a windshield in the gladiator. With the $300 alignment for ACC added to the cost, Safelite quoted me $1109 for the windshield. I'm a DIY type of guy. I've dug around a little on the internet looking for the tools and procedures, but have come up short for the JL or JT...

I've checked mine after the last couple of rain storms and everything has been dry. We are a dry climate here in Ut, so I'll continue to monitor.

Is taking them out of your old wheel/tires an option?

The dealer installed the camera on my JTR. It was installed in mid-Jul. Not sure if it is the JL or JT version, but it fits the JT grill perfectly. Nothing was cut on the grill, but I do notice a very slight bend in the cross piece just below the camera. I never noticed that before snapping...

I have the camera installed in my JTR grill, no problems and works well (not HD though)

No possibility of moving the winch over to the side at all?

New firmware dated 28 Aug specifically states that it will fix the reverse, license plate light issue. I've unmarried mine for the time being to get the steering TSB, but updated the firmware while its out. We'll see if it works once I get it back installed

Lets hope that it was just a loose cap and not something serious.

I have some of those - used them on my TJ installing heat insulation on lines that run close to the exhaust. They work like you'd expect, perfect in a high heat application.
