  1. Bulletpoint MagSafe phone mount, will it work on the JT?

I have the bullet point dual spring loaded clamp mount. It came with my Jeep and has been pretty good for its intended purpose. The only critique would be the amount of force necessary to adequately tighten the adjustment knobs.
  2. No Forum Trips Anymore

Biggest reason nothing is on here, or most other forums these days, is that social media, aka fantasy island, has taken over that kind of stuff. Facebook groups, instagram, YouTube, etc is where all of them go to monetize their activity. Since I consider social media the devil, you won’t see me...
  3. Impressions after first 400 miles driven

I’d suggest an alignment check for your diving experience. You may need some adjustment to the caster.
  4. So this happened now need replacement grill

I’ll second rubitrux for a takeoff replacement.

  6. AEV 2” Lift or Metal Cloak 2.5” GC for Mojave

I did the AEV 2ā€ w/ geo brackets and 315’s. Rides great and does my off road purposes just fine. Pricing was reasonable and installation could easily be a DIY.
  7. We want to hear from you! - JeepCares

I’m not sure that matters since the JL had the xr option with the 35’s. Admittedly I don’t know much about how the CAFE certification process works, I.e. whether the account for every possible configuration or merely a ā€˜standard’ configuration.
  8. We want to hear from you! - JeepCares

A reasonable V8. — I’d sell my Mojave for a 392. The only thing I *really* miss about myX5M is the power. It was magical. The 392 would also help those that tow more than a lawn mower to the shop. If not the 392 at least the I6 hurricane with the TT. A 35ā€ tire option from the factory...

  10. Anyone have $220,000 laying around?

At that money buy a new factory built heavily optioned Mercedes G63 and have an extra 20k for dinner.
  11. Is it worth getting the options from the factory, or adding myself afterwards?

Another benefit for the higher optioned one is that when you sell it you are selling a factory optioned one, not one that an owner has put together. A lot of folks will be put off by that aspect. Similarly, insurance claims at loss are going to be easier with the better options.
  12. My 2022 Gladiator burned down... how?

Another ā€˜issue’ for the dealership is the quality of said upfits. If they were potentially negligent in the wiring of any accessories, or anything else not from the factory, they would need to be named as a party to any lawsuit(s) to keep Jeep from having an ā€˜out’.
  13. Making a quieter truck, where to start?

It’s on the roll bar in the center. One antenna is for gps and one is for Sirius and uconnect.
  14. Pics & examination of 70,000 mile factory clutch

Always replace everything while you’re in there.
  15. Apple CarPlay and iPhone 15 Pro

Mine wants to be unlocked at the time it is plugged in to the truck. I think there is a software glitch with Jeep since I was recently driving a rental Tahoe and it connected every time immediately.

  18. Building my own flush tail lights

All of the animation stuff is cute but not what I am particularly concerned about / interested in. I just like the more elegant and cohesive styling of your design with the perimeter light and tail. I can completely understand not wanting to spend that kind of labor cost on making all of the...
