Why is the ARB compressor so popular?

The ONLY reason brake rotors were ever drilled was to allow gases to escape from the very early brake pads eons ago.
No race car has drilled rotors since the 60's.
100% about the brakes and insurance claim though.
try to stay away from drilled rotors whenever possible..
It doesn't do anything except take away mass which is what you need in order to dissipate heat.

Yea I konw you 'could' run the 12.5 on the stock rim, but the handling will definitely suffer.
In an ideal situation, the rim would be just a little bit wider than the tire.
