I can't find a photo of my '91 Cherokee, new and shortly after finishing a suspension & tire upgrade taken in fall of 91 on a trail near Sedona AZ, so here is my next favorite photo of the first time going up a 27 degree hill in my old (feels funny saying "old") 2019 JLU.
Nena is awesome and is a warm, friendly, down-to-earth person who has so much knowledge it is amazing. She is excited to run the JT this year & I predict great success for her and Teralin this year. Of course, I think the Mojave is awesome!
Notice that today the only Jeeps in the top 10...
In all seriousness... There is room for this product - some people will want it and like it. Just like most gear we buy, how useful it is - is based on what you need and how you need to use your truck.
If you just want to keep the weather out and weight down while keeping your options open...
Exactly! I haven't gone with a cell booster because I don't think I would get enough benefit from it. So many places I go have zero cell signal so there is nothing to boost. I have a Zoleo for emergencies and for status updates back home. Having internet access would be great and there is a...
The traditional backwoods fire safety protocol has been shovel and bucket has been around since at least the 1950's. The idea is that you can use the bucket for water (ideally) to put out a fire but also dirt to smother the fire. My guess is that is rarely used anymore but it does work, I...
I see the Mini Roam option for $50 and it appears to not require another service or home service. That isn't bad if you are going to use it frequently enough IMO. I may be a cheapskate, but I am wavering over the $600 price. I probably won't use it frequently enough to justify it but would...
I wish Jeep would bring back that model...it is the ideal setup that the Unlimited was supposed to be but they messed it up by making the longer wheel base a 4 door.
*********** 100% ************* on board with you! As a long time Jeep owner, it is sad to say I honestly do not think I will ever buy another Jeep in my lifetime.
I installed a steel take-off bumper on my Mojave, but it needed some modification of the skid plate to make it work. The dealership had a Rubicon skidplate that we swapped out and that helped a lot.
I saw a YouTube video the other day talking about the Wrangler sales dropping 17% and voicing concerns that Stellantis is going to drop the Wrangler model. They are pushing the Recon forward, which is kinda a competitor to the Wrangler, so I wouldn't doubt it. Dropping the Cherokee and the...
It is spendy for those of us without a residential plan - $159/mo is a killer for me. I probably could live with the data limits as I only would use it occasionally, which is where the monthly cost is hard to justify. Personally I think that is a shame and a market segment they are tossing...
Maybe I got lucky but when I took my 2021 Mojave in for service at my fav dealer last time they told me both batteries tested poorly and replaced them under warranty. I thanked them and went home saying wow didn't expect that.
