@robinja Hmmmm... never thought about water being in the hardtop itself. thanks for sharing!
Yea it's just been me with my 2 year old & 6 year old in the back while driving. They haven't been much help though in finding the water. I'll have to get my wife to drive with me in the back with...
lol! That's what I feel like doing. :) And hey we do have a 6 year old, and a 2 year old so maybe they're playing a trick on me and hid a water bottle or something. :-)
@wyodirt - The carpet is totally dry at the passenger floorboards. I drove it around this morning and still hear the water moving around. Thanks for the suggestion though!
I popped open this cover and took a peek in there and didn't see any water-
It just sounds like the water is in the...
The back window of my hardtop leaks in multiple spots at the top of the window (have it scheduled to be fixed in a couple of weeks). And last week we got a TON of rain, with multiple flash flood warnings.
So now when I drive my Jeep I keep hearing water sloshing around in the back seat area...
So today I happened to lift up my floor mat behind the driver's seat and noticed this:
This driver's seat bracket bolt was not screwed into the floor at all (I've never touched it, and I bought my Gladiator new). You can see the thread locker on it so I guess they just missed it.
I'm...
So I brought my Gladiator in on Friday because the back window is leaking in multiple places when it rains, and I also went ahead and mentioned the steering issue.
My Gladiator for sure pulls to the right, and it wanders on the highway.

@j.o.y.ride @Clayton Off Road - looks awesome! Question - does this kit maintain the factory rake?
I have a Sport with Max tow and want to maintain the rake as much as possible for when Iām towing our boat.
Thanks so much!!
This is a brand new kit (never installed). I bought it a few months ago, but the wifey cut me off on new mods for now, so need to sell. ā¹
This is a great inexpensive, quality spacer lift that will add extra clearance for bigger tires & offroading, while maintaining the factory ride. It gives...
Appreciate the interest! Honestly, at this point I'm hoping I'll find someone who can pickup here locally. I'll let you know if that changes.
Also, I have someone that is coming up from North Carolina that may come tomorrow or Saturday to get them. But they aren't sold until they are gone. I'll...
ha ha! Love the disclaimer.
great feedback! Thatās kinda of what Iāve been thinking that a good shop should be able to do it.
appreciate it @361Sean!!
So Iām thinking about having a local shop near me install the ReadyLift 2.5ā SST coil spacer lift (as seen here )
I was also going to have them install:
- Synergy Adjustable Front Trackbar
- Synergy Sector Shaft Brace
(I would do it myself, but I donāt have tools, nor the time right now to do...
Question for you @Jeeperjamie regarding the ReadyLift if you don't mind...
Does the back still sit somewhat higher than the front with it being 2.5" in front, and 2" in the rear?
I'll be doing a bunch of towing soon, and don't want to totally get rid of the factory rake. Was thinking that...
As far as I know, it is everyone who buys a new JT.
You don't have to pay anything for it. You get 2 free years in the Jeep Wave program, which gives you the 4 free oil changes. You're automatically enrolled in it (but you must create an online account at the mopar owner site after you buy...
