Honestly, for all of the recoveries I've done over the last few years, the fact that Warn has botched this 'replacement' so much, has made me rethink about what winch I'll be using in the future.
Still have the Evo 12S on the JTR, but I'm not gonna lie.. at least the Badlands at HF has a...
Seen at least one guy, locally, who has vertical bars attached around that area, which I assume is for extra winch protection... ?
Next time I see it, I'll try to snap a photo, but it's like he has a mounting plate under his winch, that extends out a bit, and then has that attached to the bars...
Alright, so I'm in the process of installing the Mopar CAI as a lead into the Mopar snorkel, once its available again. (probably adding this next year, since everyone is out of stock on it, right now.. and at $700, that makes me gag a bit)
Install is about as simple as any other CAI, simpler...
Honestly, it's not quite as large as the one that goes with the steel OEM bumper, and I was under the impression the Rubicon front bumper skid would be plastic, too, but apparently not.. *shrug* it does have some brackets that come with it, too, that work with the steel bumper skid too..
It...
Little bit of a haul.
Actually, lol, just saw you got rid of your stock bumper, anyway... so doubt you'd want this one. *Shrug* but, if you wanna make the trip, the stock bumper with LEDs and steel skid (not plastic) are yours.
I know you said headlights and tail lights, but you also said...
Where in Mo you located? I've got a stock rubicon bumper (non-steel) with the stock LED fogs, and the steel skid that goes with it.
I'm in the STL area (IL side of the river).
If you want em, they're yours... no charge. (Have had like 4 people claim they're going to buy them, and then...
Problem is, the new factory hood lock grills look like they're positioned a little differently than the Bolt ones... maybe to allow for the camera to exist still? Maybe it's a shape thing with the new grill making it look different? Dunno.
Waiting for confirmation, before I even consider...
The hood lock option compatible with the Bolt brand locks that we've added for previous year models? (I suspect they are, but want to verify before I start planning the next upgrades ;)

Honestly, without knowing their rate, I'd be more upset at the fact that the techs, likely, are only getting paid for their actual time, and the shop is charging you for the current hourly rate.
Example: one of my local dealerships charges $175/hr, and pays the techs $65/hr. If they do a 4 hour...
Use them on the driver side, here.... but to be honest, it's still fatiguing on the legs. Compared to my wife's Grand Cherokee, the seats in the Gladiator are like sitting on a brick for support.
If I had one complaint about the vehicle, that'd be it... the awful seats.

Afternoon Benny!
Happen to have any discounts available for 77072433AC and/or 82215350AC (or the AD version).
Also, is the 82215350AC currently available?
Thanks!

*chuckling*
You sure you're not actually my wife? We literally just had this conversation 5 days ago.
Called my normal local dealership, asked pricing for the Mopar CAI and snorkel, they gave me the price and let me know they didn't have it on stock. Recommended if I want it sooner, to grab it...
Hmm... Not sure I'm good with THAT. We have enough random crap that bounces around on the roads around here, not sure I'd want that much exposure.
Would be interesting to see how much extra coverage there is with the Mopar steel bumper, and winch, as opposed to running without.
Did you have to...
Holy cow. That really is a lot more room for the cables. I'm in the same boat, and actually considered a replacement bumper to fix the problem.. but then, even removing the grill would be a PITA with the current cables, so I held off.
Now... Hmm...

I actually got mine, originally, in case that I'd need it, and not have it..... of course, "I'll never need it" .. right?
;)
Have used it for logs, tree limbs (pull them off lightning struck trees), yukka plants (that was harder than it should have been) and Winter recoveries for strangers...
One thing to note, as someone who worked at an architectural D&B firm, for nearly 20 years.. and had to visit a LOT of those low 6'6-7ft" garages: Sprinkler heads are mounted only the original drop down distance... so if they're claiming 6'5" on the heads, I'd be VERY wary.
Depending on if the...
I've used Agency6 stuff rather extensively in the last 2 years.
9 recoveries (one of my own) later, and their stuff has actually held up better than my Factor55 winch hook did.. (sheered off... to be fair, they replaced it, no questions asked, really)
Currently using their fairlead (also...
Tried this out, this past week, and a couple of observations:
1.) It seems to do.. SOMETHING. I'm not sure it changes the noise level, honestly, as a decibel reader that I borrowed from work, didn't seem to have much of a change. ( about .3dB difference). The TONE of the noise definitely...
Honestly, I never realized how much dirt these things can collect, until I had a loaner while mine was in the shop.
I installed ace engineering rock rails pretty early on, after buying.. and never realized how much they were protecting until that loaner.
That said, still contemplating...
