According to the Falken website, the Falken Wildpeak Load C A/Ts in LT285/70R17 are 62.8 lbs each. Those are what my JTR came with stock. My 35" Cooper STTs are 66 lbs. I still get 23.5 mpg when I go on relatively-flat terrain and don't go above 65 mph or below 50 mph and winds aren't crazy...
I used to have a JKUR.
With front and rear lockers, I have gone through the following terrain followed by guys with rear-only lockers who failed in their attempts to follow: muddy bogs; steep muddy hills; rocky steps; and deep snow.
Not only could I make better progress, but I could do it...
Yes, a bit, I think, given that I only have driven it about 6 miles.
It may be about 10% tighter. But, it was already mostly tightened up and the ride improved by previously adding the following:
Rock Krawler JT 3” Pro-X “No Limits” Stage 1 Lift:
Triple rate front coil springs
Quad rate...

I think it has 0.5" lift over the Rubi. I think the specs say that the JTM has 11.6" of clearance, and the JTR has 11.1" of clearance.
EDIT: I think that's consistent with what Jeepers just wrote above.
I concede my potential ignorance on this, but I thought travel and articulation were the same thing. For educational purposes, can you explain the difference?
I like it. Some more details here:

I'll believe that if and when someone confirms it. FCA's press release says that the Mojave has "heavy-duty third-generation Dana 44 front and rear axles," which is the same thing as on all other JTs.
FCA actually affirmatively designed the loose steering into the Mojave model: https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/jeep-gladiator-mojave-edition.27544/page-8#post-445337
One of the reasons I bought mine off the lot, instead of ordering, was this steering issue. I test drove mine; it did not have loose steering; I went ahead with the purchase. That seems like a bullet-proof solution to me.
Yes!!! I mean No!!! I was making a joke. Read the thread. It was humor based on language I pretended to make up on what FCA had said. Read.
