I actually prefer the lower torque at the axles that the taller factory gears provide. When you gear down to 4.56 (for example) you have more torque at the wheels and I'm quite happy to avoid twisting axle shafts running 37s on factory d44s.
As for mpg, I get 22 if I'm nice, 23 if I baby it...
I have had my driver's side sway bar end link upper bolt/nut come loose only 2x thus far (not 5x like you!). By the time I noticed it the second time, the threads are damaged beyond threadable. @Metalcloak what do you suggest to keep this specific nut from coming loose? Why would it come loose...
Yeah I appreciate all that...been over those rocks with my LJ a few times.
I'm glad you guys got out and flexed a bit, show some videos! I'll come along one of these days when the schedule matches up. Hopefully this year.
Ah, i have the "Game Changer" as opposed to the "Dual Rate", and the only difference is the 8 control arms. I also feel it's too rough riding as I mentioned above. Note as compared to @Jteakus I chose the Rock Sport shocks option; I was thinking about bolting the Foxes back up to compare the...
Sorry summer scheduling is pretty much impossible. Don't wait for me; all weekends are booked in some way or another. In this case, grandma's 90-something birthday party and out-of-town family guests.

Metal cloak 3.5 game changer with outboard shock mounts and rock shocks
Stock with 33s
Then add 37 baja boss tires
Then add 3.5 MC lift
Up 3.5 in rear and 4 in front.
Holy droop batman, and it will move slightly lower if front axle is actually twisted on an obstacle...
Although...
Interesting. I just installed the same. 3.5 MC game changer on my diesel. It rides stiffer for sure, which I wouldn't characterize as "better". I very rarely would bottom out the front although I've noticed it touch the bump stops a couple of times.
I wonder why we have different thoughts? We...
I searched for part numbers, found the front connector and back connector are slightly different

I was reading about this on the JL forum (sorry no link handy) and have any of you guys tried blowing air through the rear axle breather tube? Maybe that hose is plugged up. Crawl under there, pull the breather tube off, and give it a puff and see if you get chipmunk cheeks or if air can...
I have 3.5 MC lift (and outboard shock mounts) bolted up and things look great so far, but the front axle droop is more than the jeep can take. Extending the breather tube is easy enough, but was hoping to not have to splice both the FAD and locker cable wires myself.
Cutting the zip ties...
Confirming that this does work. Open and close driver door, no 3 honks! Yay!
Open and close back door, oops, honks as advertised. That's ok, happy with just the driver door fix.
@dcmdon
You said "toolless" but what you really mean is no tools required when taking doors on and off.
Same. So I made them permanently compatible with or without doors.

Cheers,
I've played with a few lengths...it seems that M6-1.0 x 100mm and about 60 mm of spacer work well with my cheap bracket. I initially had a 70mm bolt and 40 mm of spacer, but I couldn't get the mirror bent up in the spot and the angle that I wanted.
Ok to be fair the 3" mirrors are 3 bucks each, but the hardware was like 10 more bucks per side. Anyway,
My goal was to add a convex mirror at the top of the A-pillar to function both as a blind spot monitor, but also as a side mirror when I take the doors off.
So the bolt for the handle is...
