  1. Am I stupid to Keep in garage

Yeah, that's just two recliners lol. Worked out fine though. It does what I need it to do. I had an f150 with an extended (not crew) cab and a 6 ft bed, but it was way overkill for what I used it for and it was a pain in smaller parking lots. This mid size is "just right" for me.
  2. Am I stupid to Keep in garage

I did notice off-road+ let me use the rear locker in 4A and 4H. Ooo that some drifty fun.
  3. Am I stupid to Keep in garage

I did some hauling today too after having fun.
  4. Am I stupid to Keep in garage

Can always put on more clothes, but you can only take so many of them off...
  5. Am I stupid to Keep in garage

Well here's mine after yesterday's snow storm in Cleveland. Sheeesh, my overland never did this. The running boards blocked way more then I thought.
  6. We want to hear from you! - JeepCares

Don't we have that now? I haven't tried it yet, but I thought we could do it if we used OR+ mode, or turn off stability, something like that. I would like a higher mph sway bar disconnect option. I get the reconnect at 20 (18 maybe?) for on road safety, but I think if we are in OR+ mode, or...
  7. Replaced Main Battery Yesterday

I do wonder if they truly take the time to separate them properly and test them both independently, or just test it at the main, the main fails, they replace the main, and working together the fresh new main carries the load and passes the test. But when my wife's 21JL went in, they...
  8. We want to hear from you! - JeepCares

Answer I agree with in the same thread, just two posts down, from Cafecito: "Well look at the JL soft tops. After you remove the rear corners and window, you can fold the top back once and leave the rear of the roof up so it's in that "bikini" style. You then also have the option to press/pull...
  9. New 1st Time Jeep Owner now w/ pic

Holy gheez, you stole this one, Congrats!!
  10. We want to hear from you! - JeepCares

A 392 JT, and Mojito paint!
  11. Oil leak from the front of JTR

OP: How many miles on your JT? You're out of Bumper to Bumper, but wouldn't this still be under the powertrain warranty? Or are you over 60k?
  12. Positive Spin

On my second JT, and happy as can be. The 20 Overland was trouble free, and provided miles with smiles. 23JTR I've only had 2 months, but so far just as happy!! I find excuses just to go out to the garage and stare at her sometimes.
  13. Anyone wrap their A-pillar in black?

I apparently paid 495 bux to have that problem taken care of at the factory. They got carried away and sprayed the whole truck black.
  14. Is it worth getting the options from the factory, or adding myself afterwards?

For this reason alone, #2 is what you want. Sure you can purchase and add all these things, but if they're already there...party on, you're not spending time bringing the initial options up to what you wanted them to be, you can concentrate your limited time moving forward on other things you...
  15. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

I was thinking about the 4 button one on top, but ever since then I noticed when I use the grab handle my thumb subconsciously rests on the top cover.
  16. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS, NO GUN TALK]

It's been a while since I saw what happened, but somehow they managed to infuse new lives into the Doctor, it's kinda hokey, but I think the Doc now has another set of 12, or something like that. My wife kept watching and enjoyed the 11th doc, but once David Tennant left I was pretty much done...
  17. Can you make doors open wider?

Well, 20-22 Rubi Foxes are soft. The Reds on the 23 are quite stiff in comparison. (Yes, I've had both, as well as 20 Overland shocks).
  18. Disable honking when stepping out while engine is running

Was just keeping within the argument of the thread. Stater wear not terribly worried about. These batteries though, I don't trust as far as I can throw them. And being able to hand off to remote start and lock the vehicle down would alleviate the security risk. I've Google-fu'd my butt off...
  19. Disable honking when stepping out while engine is running

Another advantage to this approach is if you intended to only hop out for a minute, but somehow got detained and couldn't get back to the truck, it would shut itself down in 10-15 minutes depending on what you have the run time set to in settings.
