It's not a "park assist", but rather a feature that stops the vehicle from moving if it believes it might be 'unmanned'. If the driver door is open or it doesn't sense weight in the driver seat, the vehicle automatically goes into 'park' ... even if you manually have it in drive or reverse.

While this feature is still annoying, knowing that it addressed a real safety issue does help me accept it. Thanks for the back story!

That build will look nice! I'm not sure it'd be worth it going from 245 to 255 though. Depends how slightly you want your diameter to increase. Going 245/75R17 (~31.5") to 255/75R17 (~32") will only give you an extra ~ 1/2". A set of Rubi takeoffs would probably be cheaper than new 255s...

Is anyone experiencing issues with the Mopar 2" lift? Early JL owners complained of springs bowing ... due to either poorly made springs or low quality perches. Since I haven't heard anything like this in a while I assume Mopar has this lift dialed in. Can anyone confirm this?
