I'm sure you want an actual measurement. For the time being, I think it's 18"-20". It proved more difficult than I expected to use given measurements ... overall height, bed deck height, bed depth. There were a few different heights that all sounded like a description of bed deck height...
When more Sports & Overlands are sold, we'll see them on larger tires (35-37) too.
There are two things helping the Rubi:
1. Higher fender flares (2" more clearance). Stock fender flares can be replaced with Rubi take-offs or aftermarket to get more clearance.
2. Wider axles (lower trims can...
I just noticed that the spare underneath seems to match the tread pattern on the 37s. Seems like it's a matching 37 mounted under there. It doesn't look too deformed in the pic ... I wonder if they had to air it down at all to make it fit?
LOL ... I hate trying to drive those things!
While it was an exaggeration for a JL/JT, not too far off if the road is all patched up on a windy day with PSI too high.
My steering is just a little loose in my JL, but I've adjusted and don't even realize it anymore.
My 18yr old daughter...
I feel like I'm missing something. Jeep Build & Price on a Sport S (which is clearly what they tested) with the options they listed results in a MSRP of $47,200. How did they come up with a price of $51,115? Granted, it's still upper 40s vs lower 40s for the others as tested. But why add all...
Travis told me via an email exchange ... "I would say to check back with me in June-July to see if they've opened up." ... in regard to Hydro Blue orders.
Production is scheduled to begin August 5th. :fingerscrossed: Whenever a model has been scheduled for production, order banks have opened...
No, but they are similar.
Hydro is a bit darker, and is a pearl coat (not metallic, but has similar characteristics). The 'pearl' makes it look different shades in different lighting and in different photos.
The J6 blue ... "Mopar and the Jeep design staff in the FCA Product Design Office...
Yeah, I just was told by Travis in NC that it was a glitch that has now been fixed. However, the production date is supposed to be Aug 5th. If that date sticks, ordering should open by late June.
The Rubi has 11" of ground clearance compared to 10" for the other trims. The height difference is in the tires. The dealer was mistaken who said the Rubi sits 2" higher. https://www.jeepgladiatorforum.com/forum/threads/2020-jeep-gladiator-specifications-sheet-feature-availability.8468/

So, no bed rack for you now? If you're not limited by having to fit a cover under a bed rack, the sky is the limit!
I agree that the decked set up is really nice ... for a customer in a specific niche. But, it's limiting for others. The diamondback seems fine, but there are a ton of covers...
A seamstress could do it. You should provide the measurements though (measure twice ;))
Bed rack + tonneau combos ...
I think it's possible to find a tonneau that could work with the Leitner bed rack. I haven't seen one yet though.
I plan on getting a bed rack with moveable rear cross beam to allow larger items when needed. I plan on getting a roll-up tonneau cover that mounts to the inner bed rails (unlike the factory one). The tonneau will keep my stuff in while keeping other stuff out ... and won't reduce visibility.
I think the renderings look good with black flares & color matched top...at least with the colors I've seen. I'm getting a Sport S, so I won't have color matching options anyway. I'm getting the dual top. At least it'll have a similar look with both soft & black hard top.
