No airbags. As you said, it sits pretty level. In that pic the trailer's drinking water tank is full and the grey tank is about 1/2. We did that to fit the hitch and test it.
We bought an RV (Jayco Jay Flight SLX8 224BH) with a dry weight of 4300 lbs. Fully loaded it approaches 5500 lbs. I added a Reese weight distribution hitch and sway bar to the rig. The Jeep is a Gladiator Rubicon with a manual.
I haven't towed it far yet. Only about 20 miles in a mix of back...
I need something can get in and out of ruts and just general rough access road. But the dump traler sounds like a good start, I could redo the suspension.
I agree it is a plus and helps. If I owned it, I would definitely install one. In fact we are looking to buy a camper and I will be installed a WD hitch then.
No, I did not have a WD hitch with the rental. I did not really feel any sway during our trip either. If it were heavier or it was windier out....that would have been worse.

Go get what you want. It will be fine.
The dual axle has benefits but it is not a requirement. It tows straighter of all is setup right. It stays under control if you blow a tire. If setup right be the manufacture it could reduce tongue weight (but nothing for you to do).
The down side of...
We rented camper that weighted about 3700 lbs loaded and the Jeep's MPG was averaging 10 mpg.

I got a set. Installed them. I did not like the way to looked or worked. They looked clunky and like pontoons. And move roughly and very noisy. I returned the set.
I recently towed a camper a little lighter and averaged 10 mpg with a Rubicon manual transmission.
