I'd worry about the lowers before the frame side if you have a lift and some tires, they're gonna be the main ones that still scrape everywhere. Id still do the rear frame but it wouldnt be a priority over the lowers

The non-4h auto tcase can take the power, but the v8s are known to burn up the clutch models, especially if you use 4h auto a lot on loose surfaces.

I'd try some yellow stuff pads or the power stop pads first, if that doesn't work check out the teraflex Delta big brake kit, they use tundra brake pads and are well reviewed. Towing a 5k pound trailer if your brakes are giving you problems I'd be looking for better trailer brakes too.

Cross shop them against store.mopar.com some times I get great prices off them and can pick them up right at the local dealer for 5 bucks

Rock auto is probably the best bet, melling makes the best rockers (and I believe makes them for OEM as well). I'll be doing rockers and lifters in my 2012 jku soon.
