So Iāve been looking at wheels a good bit lately. Weighing options between a few and would like to hear some solid feedback on a few of them. Below are the ones on my Final Cut List. If you have, or have had, any of them or have opinions on them fire away.
Total Metal Fabrication weld on...
So I was going through the site today and poking around. I didnāt realize the Lasfit Aux switches came as 4x40A switches. Mopar is 2x40A and 2x15A. Is there any real benefit to going with the higher amperage switches over the lower? Iād think the Mopar is a little more of a safety margin but...
Who has em? What do you think of em? This isnāt going to be my end all shock but it should work for me for the next couple years until Iām out of warranty and ready to go crazy with cutting and welding a new suspension on. Things that attracted me to them are the reservoir and the internal...
Anyone ever had this? How serious? Do I need to take it to the dealer? The check engine light didnāt flash but itās still there. Havenāt had time to clear it yet.
Well fire season has officially popped off. We had 2 today just North and South of us. Be careful out there and if you see smoke say something to somebody.
Came across 1 gallon windshield washer fluid jugs for $1.50 at Family Dollar today. I picked up a couple jugs to try out. This was in SoCal.
Got me thinking that I havenāt seen a thread where people post deals for general Gladiator stuff they come across on the daily grind. What did YOU see...
Thinking of deleting this for a few reasons. Does anyone have a good reason to keep it?
My reasons for deleting:
1) I want the space where the switch is for a switch panel. It works better for me than the factory aux switches that I already have.
2) 400 watts aināt gonna run much and the...
Letās hear some thoughts on this!!! Just from what you can see on th website.
This is for a JL, but Iām betting JT is not too far behind.

Thought this may be helpful to anyone thinking about doing it. Just some thoughts on how it went.
Lesson 1: Penetration oil is your friend. Whatever brand you use, the night before give all the threads youāll be working on a good dousing. This will save you literally hours of frustration and...
Happy Easter to one and all. However you celebrate, have a great day. Kids revived an older tradition for us here so I was out at 0515 throwing plastic eggs around the yard.
So I do tie rod ends and drag link ends today. Install went ok. I ran out of daylight to center the steering wheel but took it for a spin anyway. I kept getting the stability control lights going off then it finally said āService Stability Control Systemā. Could that be because the steering...
Just wanted to give a shout out to these guys. One of the most annoying things about Jeeps is the sun fade on the cowl and other various parts that just makes the Jeep look worn. Thatās been true for years and they havenāt done anything to correct the problem. I just discovered Distinction...
Explain this to me please. To my understanding solid state switch relays do not have standard type fuses. Is this correct? If so, how is the switch below solid state?
This is not a dig on the vendor associated with the link. Iām truly trying to understand the differences...
Question is in the title. Looking at changing it up and wondering if thereās a benefit performance wise to going with a ā24 grille instead of the same one thatās on there now. I donāt really have a preference either way. I like em both.
Who knows of some long lasting beefy USB cables that will last a long while? Iāve seen em on the interwebs but unsure on which ones are legit. Fire away.
My backup cam and TPMS went on the Fritz within 5 minutes of each other today. Itās the driver rear TPMS only. Do these run on the same wire loom? Iāll dig tomorrow but trying to get some general knowledge from the Peanut Gallery before I dig into it. I did just do a tire rotation and the spare...
Looking for the lugs below. Site says unavailable. Does anyone know if theyāre discontinued or just out for paint? I may accept an equal quality alternative that is NOT splined but I prefer to stick with the Gorilla because I know them...
So this is the wear on the front tires from a 4Runner. Falken Wildpeak A/T 3W. Pics arenāt great but you can see the raised portions fairly well. Donāt think theyāre supposed to be like that. Correct me if Iām wrong.
Probably not a heck of a lot of difference between the 2 but before I go slapping skids under the Jeep this is something I want to do.
My expectations are:
1) Prolong the life of components.
2)Protection from impact/damage.
3) Ability to fit skid plates over these covers.
If youāve used them...
Has anyone been keeping up with this? I keep watching videos saying āMy Gladiator could do thatā. Lying to myself but it feels good to fantasize. :CWL:
