What’s funny is a week ago was told I was in JB. Checked the next day and was told still “I”. And each time I check I’m told either is pending inspection, or that it’s passed inspection. They have no idea.
Got an email from a rep after I got my claim number 2 weeks ago. Said he would look into it and get back to me within a few days. Then never heard back nor has he ever responded to my emails. Meanwhile dealer lots are getting flooded with ‘em.
@JeepCares - this whole thing has been a joke. Especially when I was told that customer orders were priority over dealer spec vehicles.
