Ordered the AT/4 Wildpeaks. 35 11.5 17 vs my Nitto Terra grappler G2's in a 35 12.5 17. For those who have made the switch to a more narrow tire with a "C" rating, what can I expect going from a E to a C, in regard to load capacity, handling and ride?
Ride and handling, probably notice it smoother, squishier, and more roll in corners. Nothing alarming though. Wildpeaks are quiet compared to others, but also one of the heaviest.

As far as load capability the truck is still the limiting factor. Tires are capable of more than the truck technically is.

I'm also considering the Toyo Open Country AT3 35x12.5x17 vs the 11.5. It seems that the 12.5 are actually a little lighter compared to the 11.5 (59# to 63#).
I am on the Toyo Open Country AT3 35x11.5x17 on stock sport wheels
