Bought my Jeep used 4 months ago. Lifted it and tossed some wheels on it. I found out the other day that the winch doesn't work. I'm going to guess the previous owner cooked it.

I'd swap the 10k winch on my Gladiator over to my wives Wrangler and then add the new 12k winch to my Gladiator.

It's a Warn, I doubt it's cooked, more likely some bad or non-existent wiring.
