adjustable upper or lower control arms or front track bar to keep the alignment within factory specs? I plan on running 275/80/17s.

Most likely, no.

Run without, see how it feels. Then if you desire, add on.
Thanks, that's what I was thinking.

Upper control arms no. Lower control arms wouldn't hurt but really no. I really recommend the front adjustable track bar. The 2" lift will move your axle approximately 1/2" to one side maybe a bit more. I like to have it centered even though don't think it would cause any real problems.

You can get the Mopar extended lower control arms that come in the 2” Mopar lift for around $65-$70 if I remember correctly. Just slightly longer. That’s what I did and still rides great

front adjustable track bar to re-center axle.

and then geometry correction brackets to reset caster after the lift.

potentially the fox 2.0 steering stabilizer to help improve steering feel.

Those three changes made a huge difference for me after my lift.

yup, I just ordered a set of the lower control arms for like 76 bucks shipped (for the pair). Pretty damn good deal.

Could have been cheaper, but didn't realize Allmoparparts is a forum sponsor and offers a forum discount.
