Hey Guys,

The guy is selling a Brand New 2' Mopar Lift for Gas Gladiator Rubicon, I can get it for a steal. However, I have an ECODiesel Gladiator. If everything is that same awesome. If not, and just the coil springs are heavier duty, ill buy the coil springs seperate. Anyone have this answer? I called mopar and they told me 2 different part numbers. I called fox and they said its "most likely" the same, but heavier duty springs. Anyone know????? or attempted????

Has anyone attempted to Install Mopar 2' Lift from Jeep Gladiator Rubicon 3.6L onto a EcoDiesel Rubicon? The kit literally looks the same, and if the coil springs are different then I would just buy new coil springs.

*IF* the diesel springs are heavier duty than the gas springs, then the diesel shocks are DIFFERENT than the gas shocks. The compression and rebound will be different because of the spring difference.

The springs carry the weight, the shocks control the movement of the springs.

Rather than toss money at a "maybe", buy vehicle specific.

A good deal is only good if it works the way it's supposed to.

The shocks and springs appear to be different between the gas and deisel kits

If you have seen the diesel JT TSB, and I suspect you have, the shocks in that TSB are definitely different, and yeah, exactly as you said, they'll be valved different. What Jeep is saying is oops, we messed up, the diesels really need this other shock.
