2021 - 7" to 8.4" upgrade

So come to find out the blue connector coming from the car can plug into anything...It has no cut outs like the rest do...I figured out my issue with a bit of trail and error.

I just installed 8.4” UAQ (from a 7") new Mopar part # 68472596AK and had no issues. Got the radio from a Jeep dealer. Now I need to sell my 7” UAG radio...

I upgraded my 7 to 8. Last year from another member on the forum ...but now there's an update ofr the 8.4 but it requires the VIN number, which would be the VIN from the donor car, but had anyone successfully updated their system when buying a unit from another member?
