2021 JT A/C Blowing Cold when Off

Just got this JT, and noticed several times now, it is blowing cold air when the a/c is off. Auto is off, a/c light is off. Am I missing something or do I have a problem.
I have searched some but not coming up with much.

What is your build date?

There is a TSB for 2020-2021 models built on or before September 30, 2020 to update the HVAC control module software to address some temperature concerns. If out of warranty, will be a customer pay for it to be done.

Not saying that would fix it, but that is what a dealership would update first before going farther.

I understand, I need to start somewhere. Is there a way to tell if it has been done maybe?

It would show on the HVAC module software reporting but you would need a scan tool like JScan or similar to extract that info and I do not know what the correct software version reporting would be either
