Hey all,
I have a 2021 Jeep Gladiator Diesel
I have an appointment to take it in for warranty work but I dont drive it often and my buddy left it in drive when he shut it off. Leaving it in drive and turning off the car apparently drains the battery - it was so dead that it was registering 3V on my Schumacher battery tender, 30a/100a jump device.
I have it on 30a charge and have tried 100a booster (for a jump) and have had zero luck getting it started. After 5 hours on 30a it registers at 5v now. After an unsuccessful 100a boost it registered 7-8v.
any tips to get this thing running for tomorrow morning so i can get it to the dealer?
If i need to replace the batteray - any good advice on brands and sizes? Can the JTRD accept an oversized battery? Can i go up in size or am i forced to stay in the same size factor.
