2023 EcoDiesel oil change

First of let me start with thanking everyone for the posts on this little thing called EcoDiesel, I have been reading and researching for my 2023 Gladiator 3.0L. Bought this unit with 7500miles on it, now at 10400miles I wanted to get ahead of the game.
Researching I found many oil brands that are recommended, still researching, oil filters that are recommended and some that just didn't pass.
I settled on something I could get at most parts stores, Wix WL10614 $55.00 @ Amazon, next oil , Castrol Edge 5w40 Euro $12.00qt.
Funny thing all of these meet the so called requirements, Oil MS-12992, check out the pictures.
The OEM filter I pulled out has almost the same part# as it came from the dealership. Dealership wanted $350.00 , filter alone was $125.00

Hope it was a typo and you're not actually paying $12 per quart for Castrol Edge 5w40 Euro. Wally World carries it for $27.50 for a five quart jug.

Why? Doc's is just fine. I use their filters on my eco diesel. Zero issues.
