Check engine light came on yesterday at about 270 miles on odometer. Had the code scanned and it’s saying it’s an o2 sensor. Anybody else had this problem very early on?

Had the same issue with my 2021 Mojave early on - not as early as yours! Dealer replaced both downstream sensors even though only one was throwing the code. Was told it was known issue with some and that they replaced both to prevent any problems. Sounds like (at least for me) there was a bad batch they knew about, but not bad enough to recall.

Note that this post is in the diesel section, OP's sig says diesel, and Mojave is gasoline-only.

(I haven't seen O2 sensor problems on my 3.0 but googling on it, I do see a lot of Ram ecodiesel owners posting about it. Not sure if those are 1st and 2nd gens instead of our 3rd gen motor)

I just had the Check engine light come on, 41,200 mi. 2021 diesel.
took it into dealer they scanned it. Showed it was an 02 Sensor.
They replaced it still had problem, they decided to R&R the PCM.
That did it drove it 800 mi. and no trouble.
Also while it was in they did the fuel pump recall.
Satisfied with my service.

I got you beat … 60mi and my O2 sensor needed to be replace … the code said the sensor was slow to respond, apparently it was coated in soot …
