It's just a 12v motor so you could just put it on a manual switch. Power off the FAD is disconnected, power on its connected.
I’ve been reading a bunch about the switch and it needing a relay as it doesn’t use power. Definitely looking into so I can use for a banaid. Just seems wild to me I feel I am alone in the world of lifting these 2025 JT’s or am I just the only one having this issue haha.

No , it was eliminated from the harness.
The 4wd lever in trucks with it from Factory us what switches it on . . From what I learned it was removed . They didnt want anyone to have that ability.
Ya ask me its because they dont want anyone lifting these Jeeps
shocker but really stinks. 4.5” isn’t a big lift IMO and still vibrating issues.

4.5" is pretty significant, because your past the zone for a high steer and or flipped drag link . . Plus drive shaft angles are greatly increased the carrier bearing on rear drive shaft should have a spacer behind it. Rear UCA's and LCA's arms extended , front LCA's and UCA's same deal, ball joints should be upgraded to a heavier ball joint . Tierods should be upgraded all to heavier options. Steering sector should be braced . 4.5" is significant

I agree with your statement and when you think about all of the upper and lower adjustable control arms and the flip kit it is. I want to enjoy it at this point…

Lift does nothing to the tie rod, you could run 40" of lift and the tire rod doesn't know the diffrence. Same with ball joints. Not remotely lift height related. We are still on the stock tie rod in the JLUR on 39s (tire size actually affects the tie rod and ball joints) at 55k miles. Yes the drag link is flipped and the track bar raised to allow for more droop and better handling. The stock ball joints lasted 35k miles. People think they have to throw the kitchen sink at things at "X" amount of lift or even "X" size tires and it's simply not true. My JT has been on 37s since 1100 miles. Same path as the JL, tie rod stock, flipped drag link, raised track bar. Still on stock ball joints at 46k miles. They are both on 3.5" springs, so slightly shorter than the OP.

No experience with that, but personally I would either go with OEM or used OEM. I would think there are enough in junkyards to make it possible to find a used setup, complete.
Or look it up in one of the many discount Mopar online suppliers.

More expensive then the offbrand option, but a lot less then dealer retail.

Yeah, that’s almost $200 less than what I got quoted from the dealer

As long as they don't nail you on shipping, the online OEM parts stores are usually a better deal than the local dealer.
An exception to that was recently buying a running board for a Silverado, the online supplier was way cheaper but killed me on shipping because of size / weight. Ended up just buying it from the local dealer.

Ouch yeah I’m always leery on buying from those sites. Is this a good site? I don’t want to bend and pay the $474 at the dealer…

It is, in my experience, OEM parts. They all use the same exact website format. Just find the one that has the best price including shipping. I did not look for that, and I don't know where you are so I don't know what shipping will be to you. But I have bought from these types of sites with zero issues in the past.

I see ypu went to ebay , see if you can find the actual Mopar unit used the motors are very resilient. Try lkqonline.com

I had the same issue on a customer Jeep recently a 2026 Rubicon, We had to drop the castor down to 4 degrees to get it to stop vibrating.
