Talked to Scott today, my sales guy. He said that the JT left Toledo at 12pm on Saturday the 5th, and Jeep had it put down as having been delivered on Sunday the 6th!

Man, that guy must drive like Hugh Rowland or something.

So Monday, Scott made some calls and found out that it was 100 miles from the Iowa border and the guy had a couple of other stops to make. THAT is more like it, more reasonable for the time they can drive vs. mandatory off-time and so on. Give the guy time to sleep, at least.

Then at about 4 today, I get a text message (and later a phone call)

Scott was aware of my concern, even though he dug and found a build sheet and then today I got confirmation directly from a build sheet......... Scott said that all of the factory information, order guides, every piece of documentation he could find had no mention of SelecTrac....... it must simply be an integrated part of the X package and they stopped listing it anywhere.

He told their shop guys to run it around back to the prep area and place a big SOLD sign in the windshield as he figured the other sales guys would be jumping all over it.
Wow. What a truck.

Should be easy to find in a crowd - and yet, the blue one was an easy find, too, because there just is nothing else out there in that type of blue (besides another Jeep)

Beautiful truck. Congrats and best wishes for a great ownership experience.

You guys have some nice rides.
Question about the SeleTrac, does this mean the RubiX's will all have it too?

That's a very good question. I saw absolutely nothing (on my 2024 Rubi) that indicated what type of 4x4 system was being used. The same I noticed with the Mojave. I only found out when I was shopping around online and saw that the Rubicon X listed the full time 4x4 as standard equipment. Same with the Mojave. The X's had it and there was nothing on the on-line build thing that offered the full-time system as standard or an option on the regular Rubicons and Mojaves.

Even though I read here that most people liked the full-time 4x4 system, I really didn't want it, figuring it was just more stuff that could break. I have driven part-time 4x4 systems all my life and felt I really didn't need it here in South Florida (no ice or snow). Maybe I am just getting older and stuck in a rut (not literally) and bought something that I knew well. I bought the standard Rubicon instead.

But I found the 4x4 type only by accident, comparing the window stickers on-line. Jeep used to make a big issue about its different types of 4x4 systems used but in the case of the Gladiator you don't hear a peep.

With the Rock-Trac name. I checked some Rubicon X vehicles that were recent deliveries and they do show it.

The problem is that no 2025 VIN works with the build sheet web site links.

But the X package on both includes the full-time transfer case.

I really dislike the way Jeep is bundling all the options together instead of letting us have more of a choice.

They are doing with these what they have done with Grand Cherokee and others for years.......... but it's a bit much on these.
These aren't aimed at the same audience.

I wasn't able to order a tonneau cover without choosing another thousand dollar option, or a 2K option with it!

I think most if not all of us feel the same way.

Here’s a little update from OP. Ended up landing the Mojave X with an MSRP of $65,745 for $53,122 before tax/tags here in beautiful Florida! Already ordered some small mods. The family and I are very happy with it so far.

Oops - sorry, looks like I REALLY hijacked your thread and took it for a ride around the world.

Mojave also looks great in white - it's one of those colors where the accents actually work well on it.
MSRPs so similar, you must have gotten at least some of the same equipment.
More pics - we love pictures.

For example, if I want a body colored top I can’t have leather seats nor a headliner. Guess I’m not smart enough to figure it out.
