24 Mojave vs Mojave x fender flares

Do I have to buy the Mojave x to get the painted fender flares?

For a 24-25 Mojave model, yes you'll need to coin up for the Mojave X to get the painted fenders. For 23 and prior, you could get a regular Mojave with painted fenders. FWIW, painted fenders also are available on the Nighthawk, Sport S, Willys, High Tide, and Rubicon X.
