Well I see the 24 order site is up. Looks like Jeep has shot them selves in the foot yet again. What a joke !! No painted fenders and roof unless you do the x models. There isn’t much you can add on this site for other options as well ? This management they have now will run Jeep right into the ground.

That seems to be the sentiment by some other Automotive types in the industry. They went to far upscale and Greedflation for the short term and are now feeling it.

Sales are down 34% overall in the last 5 years

And the only way to get the full time 4wd transfer case is in the X model.

It's all metrics. The less work we do the more profit we make. At lest short term as long the newest leaders are running it and getting ready to jump off at the right time. We're dumb enough we keep buying them and they keep cutting back.

The lack of options like painted fenders, painted roof, fulltime 4wd on anything but an X is definitely a kick in the teeth, but on prices meh.

The X is 6K more MSRP than my 2021 with similar options, add in the under invoice pricing and its a couple thousand...maybe people just didnt notice how expensive they could make a gladiator before? Also no one should pay MSRP anymore, its not covid so whinging about the MSRP price is as useful as tits on a bull imo.

I know the lower trims have come up a good bit, but thats because they dropped the stripper models and have a lot more base equipment that was probably making up the bulk of sales anyways as lightly optioned sports.

No doubt Jeep sales are down. If I do a search for a Grand Cherokee in my area I see over 13 pages of results! Compared to an equivalent Honda, Toyota, Ford who have maybe 3 pages of vehicles to sell. I wouldn't want to be a car salesman now.....eh, ever really but especially not now..
