Hey all. Any issues I should be aware of if installing 285x70x17’s on my Sport S, which has 245x75x17’s ? Thanks.

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again…the only issue with you going with 33s is that you’ll want 35s after about 6 weeks. Your next post will be “315/70/17s on a Sport S?”

All jokes aside, that 33” tire should fit fine like others mentioned.

Running that size KO2’s on a stock Sport S, no issues at all.

Are you putting these on the stock wheels? I would like bigger tires too but don't want to get wheels yet.

They will fit on the stock wheels, only difference between the sport wheels, rubicon or mojave is the offset....width is the same.

They definitely fit on the stock wheels. That's the stock tire size on a Rubicon or Mojave, and the wheels are the same width.

it will look good! I did the exact same thing. In my opinion it is the biggest you should go on stock wheels on a sport if you want to do any offroading. Once I wear these out, I will consider lifting and getting wheels and 35s. That is a huge cost though, and 33s make the jeep look, drive, and feel much better as well as increasing it’s capability far above that of a stock gladiator with street tires.

so someone mentioned that the Rubicon wheels have a different offset than a Sport S. Does that mean rims and tires from a Rubicon won't fit on a Sport S?
