Installed lift last night to Clayton's specs for everything. Was wondering how close their measurements kept everything in spec? Caster and pinion angles?

Going to get aligned today this is just personal edification.

I also did the 3.5 inch Clayton Overland Plus exactly to spec. I ended up with 5.8 to 6.0 of caster. After about 3 months or so, I lengthen my lowers by 1/2 turn and shortened by uppers 1/2 turn to get a little more caster up front. That is perfect for me. It gave me a little more stability at high speed fwy driving.
Regarding the rear, the settings were perfect for me. The rear springs were slightly bowed to the rear, so, I also bought the
Rock Jock carrier bearing drop kit for the rear drive shaft - it is a super easy install. This will allow me to lower my pinion angle from the Clayton spec, and fix the slight bow, but, I have not gone though the hassle to do it yet, so, I currently have the rock jock carrier drop kit installed with the stock clayton settings and the slight rear bow. I have done something like 10K miles like that and lots of trails, including 2 badge or Honor trails.
Note: your rear end links for that 3.5" kit should be 14-5/8" center to center - according to Clayton.
