35” tires will fit with no problem. This is my Max tow with the Mopar lift & 315/70/17 Bfg’s On stock Rubicon wheels.

woaw looks super nice . I’m on the same dilemma actually ;-) how much out the fenders are they?

If cost is a concern, have you thought about buying a used Rubicon setup? Guys are selling their suspensions (here, CL, Offerup, etc.) pretty cheap and also you can snag a set of Rubi wheels/tires for a good price as well. That can buy you time to save up for a setup you like.

With the Tow Package, I believe the general consensus is to keep your rear Max shocks over the Rubi's, but there's plenty on info on this board on the proper setup (when switching from Sport S to Rubi).
The Rubicon wheels on my JT Launch Edition were 17 x 7 1/2. Not in spec for my KO2 37 x 12.5" tires. Broke my heart to sell them.

Been running 35x12.50 on my stock rubicon wheels for three years and never had an issue. aired up, aired down, etc. And yes, they are technically out of spec. so far i've gotten 40k miles on them and they are not wearing uneven either.
