35” tires will fit with no problem. This is my Max tow with the Mopar lift & 315/70/17 Bfg’s On stock Rubicon wheels.

The Rubicon wheels on my JT Launch Edition were 17 x 7 1/2. Not in spec for my KO2 37 x 12.5" tires. Broke my heart to sell them.If cost is a concern, have you thought about buying a used Rubicon setup? Guys are selling their suspensions (here, CL, Offerup, etc.) pretty cheap and also you can snag a set of Rubi wheels/tires for a good price as well. That can buy you time to save up for a setup you like.
With the Tow Package, I believe the general consensus is to keep your rear Max shocks over the Rubi's, but there's plenty on info on this board on the proper setup (when switching from Sport S to Rubi).
