Call Mickey Thomson to ask them. They told me 27psi cold, and they’ve been perfect. I air up the rears a little when towing.
This is great info! I’m running these (37x12.50x20) and have been running them at 35psi (have just under 5,000 miles on them and just had the first rotation completed). Can you tell me more about this? Was this based on your specific vehicle, with your specific mods or just for the Gladiator in general? I’d love to reduce pressure and soften up the ride, but 27psi just sounds so low to me. I appreciate anything further that you can share.

When I got to that same point with mine, they appeared to have slightly more center tread wear than on the outsides. So I called Mickey Thomson. They asked for all the details on the door sticker, including weights and Oem pressures for Oem tires. Based on that, and the exact specs of the new tires, they gave me that recommendation. I’d call your tire vendor and ask them. Yours will end up being different, I’d expect, as you have much less sidewall on 20” tires. I’d be interested in what they say. What tires do you have, and what load rating are they? Mine are load D.

They’re the Baja Boss ATs in load range E (only load range available in this size).

tell you somewhere in the 30 range. I’m guessing based on a friend with them in 35x12.5x17. They told him 30. I can’t remember what his load range is, but his sidewall will be similar. Just take a picture of your door sticker and call them. They’ve got a calculator for their tires.

Any time. Please share their recommendation. I’m enjoying the learning process with tire types and sizes, and then the cold psi that should be used.

Another vote for the Mickeys. Ive ran multiple sets of Falkens AT3W's, Ko2's, Coopers, Yokos, and every Nitto known to man and nothing compares to the BajaBoss AT's imo for winter driving/ road manners and snow performance (as well as rock performance). That being said I will always run a Nitto Trail Grappler (40x13.50r17) on my JL but its on rock crawler duty only.

Use the Mickeys all winter long for 4x4 S&R with 0 complaints.

Good guess on your part! They recommend 30psi. I’ll adjust accordingly. Thanks again for your help, sir!
