I put a 4.5” lift kit on my jeep. The springs look bent and now has a wobble. Would long arms help this at all? I put lower adjustable arms on. The front.

Pictures would help a lot. Did you adjust the trackbar correctly? Or even get an adjustable trackbar? Which direction is the bend?

At factory height your upper and lower spring buckets are parallel but once you lift a certain amount they are no longer so. They sell spring correction buckets for that reason.

Is your caster angle back into spec after lifting it that high?

With the 4" that I got on my diesel with the Clayton 2.5" kit the AEV geometry correction brackets helped a lot.

Arms probably need adjusting more. You may be left with some bowing still. Long arms won't do anything different for axle setup... which is very likely what you're talking about with front to back bowing. An axle that needs to be repositioned and re-angled.

Or if it's bowing side to side then track bar re-alignment.

You won't need long arms (unless you want to use this as a good reason for them!), you just need to make sure you have everything at the right length, I dont think you want to be running stock arms at 4.5. Adjustable upper and Lower control arms, and track bar.
