Ac/dash panel wiring harness question

trying to tap into the harness that connects to the ac controls on the dash and cannot figure out which one is the hot lead. Anyone tapped into this before? I tried using my voltage meter but couldn’t get a good read on anything

I assume you have the base sport HVAC controls?

Below is what I figured looking through my 2020 Gladiator schematics but that is for the dual zone automatic air conditioning system and it shows one less wire for that connector.

Edit: The extra wire is for the switch back lighting circuit on another schematic.

I have the dual zone ac as well. There was two hot leads coming out of that harness, I was trying to get some aux switches to illuminate when the other interior lights turn on. I tapped the one pointed out but was able to borrow a voltage meter from a neighbor and found what leads were hot
