I appreciate the compliment guys :)

So I've never heard of accent color being a thing, I just really like blue. It made sense to me when planning the build to buy a paint color that would compliment my "accent color", then just paint all my aftermarket mods that color. It's also nice having all your accessories a color that is easy to fix with a rattle can when I eventually scratch it up...

I've only seen one other person with it though. I met someone else in a parking lot who had done something similar with her Wrangler. Her bumpers and rock rails were a really nice purple.

The teal in question:

Okay, I’ll start then. And I don’t know if this is exactly what you’re talking about but it’s for me and not as a look at me. And please excuse my dust and dirt, I do play in the desert, and wasn’t expecting to have to run out and snap pics.
I just really hate black, especially on white, so here’s what I did for me. The shadows kind of throw it off but the colors on the exterior are the same as the interior.

Definitely different that what I'm seeing/referencing. I consider yours subtle and complimentary. Here's an example of one: White JL, Neon (almost glowing) pink items include center caps (rest of the wheel is black), fender liners, wipers, antenna, hitch, exterior handles, coil springs, and various "stick on" accessories. Almost like they pulled a bunch of parts off of another JL that was bright pink and put them on their JL.

I had to take a peek, and I agree that those two colors go great together. Never crossed my mind about the rattle can touch up.....

We have one neighbor with a full fleet of such vehicles - a JK, a JT, and a JL all color matched… Painted black (either with bed liner or Kevlar) with neon green accents.
We have one of those here too.

And neon green is my favorite accent color, goes back to my favorite motorcycle.

But it's being done to death everywhere so I haven't debadged my Rubi to replace with the green.
I had a lime green car back when I was 20- loved that thing. Everyone I knew hated it, lol.

I did things to my vehicles when I was younger that I wouldn't do today, that's for sure. Everyone has an image in their head of what their jeep should look like.

I was going to say this is prevalent in Florida, but then I saw you say you were in Florida. Yep, I’ve seen all colors, green, purple, pink, etc. Some of them look great, some others….
To each their own. I mean my WILLYS trim is all black accents. I’m sure some wouldn’t like my decals, but I do.

Agreed. I'm back and forth between the Tampa area and Northern FL, and see it pretty much everywhere I go.

For me it was because my JK was black, and typically accessories would be black (or chrome) and I didn’t want that.

So, I went yellow. This is the best pic I have on my phone, but you can just make our the yellow bedliner, as well as yellow seat covers and sunshade.

I'm a member of MOJO (Mid Ohio Jeepers Organization) and see a lot of color accented Jeeps. Guys tend to go back and lime green or red. Girls tend to go white and you name it!

Seems to be pretty common around here, especially with young people and women. (Not meant derisively, just an observation.)

I don’t see them every day, but they’re particularly active on Facebook in our local Jeep club.
does your truck have a lift and what are you running for wheels and tires?
