You don’t necessarily need the center stack as you can control the seats and wheel heaters from the radio.

You will need a new clockspring and the heated seat module. Baseline4x4 on eBay usually has the modules and I bought a clockspring from These guys
And installed it in my Jeep and it is working fine. To get it from Jeep you have to buy the whole SCCM which includes the control stalks and they are not cheap!
One change I would make to that harness is I would power the relays with a fuse tap on the fuse for the factory seat heaters. They have you run wires back into the cab and tap into cigarette lighter.

I purchased the infotainment harness for my Gladiator. I have everything now but the bottom seat cushion heater pads. Apparently there not available now.

My first question is I was trying to understand does the harness start with the relays being mounted out by the battery then the wiring being ran through the firewall to inside of cab?

Second question are the two bare pinned wires not mentioned as to where they connect. Are these supposed to be ran to the clockspring harness?

Starting around the the battery with the relays and feeding the harness into the cabin through the hole in the drivers side firewall seems to be the way it was intended to be installed.

The two bare terminals need to be inserted into the clockspring connector in the steering column.
