So.. this is still a work in progress but here's where I am so far.
My 2020 Sport has full body harnesses running to the doors so I started with the assumption that there was some way to add OEM Power Locks.
Benny over at @AllMoparParts.com set me up with the basic door harnesses and the powered latches:

Add to that the two lock switches
Left Door - 6AC61DX9AC
Right Door - 6AC64DX9AC
And the jumper harnesses
Left/Drivers = 68351129AD
Right/ Pass = 68351131AC
The wiring is basically the same as the JL. Lots of examples floating around including this thread:
https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/forum/threads/installed-power-door-locks-to-my-jl-sport.16398/
Wired it all in and enabled "power locks" using ALFAOBD and voila .... the lock switches work and I can instruct the doors to lock and unlock using the BCM commands.
So that just leaves a remote key of some sort.... And I'm trying to keep it OEM and avoid splicing in an aftermarket alarm for the door controls.
I ordered a black three button key (lock/unlock/alarm) and after some frustration and a call to a locksmith who could retrieve the PIN, I could program the key but the buttons don't work. I suspect that's because the Sport doesn't actually have the receiving components in the RFHub.
I also tried ordering a Remote Starter kit.. that comes with a new RFHub and two keys. Swapped that in (breaking a bunch of plastic on the rear interior trim in the process). Sadly... I can't retrieve the required PIN to marry the new RFHub with the jeep. ALFAOBD retrieves a pin but its not the right one. Sadly the locksmith I use for the first key needed the car in RUN to pull the pin.. So he can't pull the PIN from the new hub since you can't turn on the Jeep yet... So, I while I think that will still work, I'd probably have to breakdown and find a dealer that was willing to do the install and program the various sales options needed. The first couple I talked two won't do it .. "Sport can't have remote start".... I've seen a couple of threads with people starting this process but never heard the results...
Now, while I was playing with ALFAOBD, I noticed there is a function to location your key fobs ... Sure enough that works.... more interesting, it appears my Gladiator has sensors in the B pillars and the Jeep is able to detect a key fob outside the door. This leads me to believe the passive door handles might actually work and since the door harnesses above are the same ones used with passive handles, I've ordered a passive handle to see how that works... Should be here Tuesday.
