Should be able to, but you'd have to verify that the pigtail is in the door first. Remove the non-power mirror and look for a wire tucked away in there. If you find one, yes. If not - the job just got a lot harder.

I have both front door full wire harnesses, they do not have BSM or Proximity provisions that I’ll let go cheap if you need. Let me know.

We can get you the mirrors, harnesses and switch but you will need to check the body side wiring for the circuits that power them.

Looking at the body side door connector XY600A

We would be looking for all circuits related to the mirrors in the attachment

If they are present then we can test Pin #13 for voltage.
