Which Bunker lights did you buy? I believe they have 4 versions for the JL/JT
I tried the '+' version (Type 1) and had to return them.
Tested them on a very dark country road and they would not adjust enough to project the low beam far enough.
Now I have the ones with the round, white halos (Type 2) and they project the light well and have a clean cutoff.

Sorry I don't have a picture of the cutoff at night.

Just as a side note. These lights have been great over the past 8 months. No issues, no flicker, nobody flashing me because theyre aimed wrong, etc. They have been through torential rain and now snow storms.

I have the round, white halos. Haven't had them on a dark back road yet, but from what I have seen in the dark neighborhood I'm in they are plenty bright.

Thats the same issue i have with my + version. I have them at the right height, but they dont seem to project far enough forward. Now the high beams...those things are great!

If yours are like the ones I returned then they may not be functioning correctly.

Here's a couple pics of the '+ Halos' that I took before I returned them...and further down are a couple pics of the round halos I have now.

In Low beam mode, only the " " marker lights are on but one of the larger round LED should be on. The light you are receiving in low beam mode is only supplied by those " " looking marker lights and its not nearly enough.
In High beam mode both LED lights are on as expected.

With the round halo lights I have now, you can see that one large LED is on for Low beam and both large LED are on for high beam. A big improvement.

I wonder now if they resent the ones I returned. That would suck.

actually...thats just how the + model operates. As seen in the pic below. DRL first, second is Low and 3rd is high. Yours were operating as expected.

These are full built in LED headlights. Sealed units.
The background is not the best with the light colored door and rock wall. The driveway is basically level.
I have read somewhere the the left side (driver) should be 2-3" lower than the right side (passenger).
I've read that too about the passenger being higher. I would chalk it up to personal preference. I'm just concerned bout ur passenger light possible not putting out same amount of light as driver's.
