So I daily drive my JT and the stock Dueler A/T's are just big enough that I can't justify buying new tires until these wear out.
They have great traction in snow so far and did fine on some mild offroad trails that I've tried. Plus when i DO need new tires it'll be like an exciting new truck when I get to upgrade them.
Anyway, I'm wondering if its still a good idea to air down with these tires and if so, what's a good PSI to run them at?
I have an Overland so it has the 18" wheels (not sure why its hard to find good tires for this size, or why they decided to go with these on the Overland but thats a different conversation) so I have 255/70r18's
Also, probably a dumb question, but would a small carry tank, maybe 8 gallons or so, that I can fill up with my compressor at home, be sufficient to top off these tires if they only need ~10lbs (or whatever the answer to the first question is) per tire?
Thanks,
Trevor
